You escape the hustle and bustle of city life into a whole different world. A world of rugged mountain ranges, fertile farmlands, interlaced with the scars of 1860s gold mining and abundant waterways.

John and his team provide a unique experience in a land of contrasts and far from the tourist crowd. And all in the comfort of a rugged four wheel drive, a Landrover Defender.

4WD Outback Safaris offers the Historical Goldfields Tour, the Majestic High Country Special Tour and Custom Tours, such as farm tours, conference tours, photography tours or flora and fauna trips. All you need to bring is sensible footwear, warm clothing, a camera and plenty of film or memory cards. Depending on the trip, 4WD Outback Safaris will also provide light meals.
