Conditions
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The house will be ready by approximately 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure please leave the house by 11am although we are very flexible with times. Please consult with our managers who will accommodate any special timing issues you may have. They will do their best to make your stay as easy as possible.
VEHICLE AND BELONGINGS
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any car, its contents, or any baggage or personal belongings. However you should have no problem as Ranfurly is a quiet, safe place to stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR GUEST(S)
Please take all reasonable care of our house and belongings. Although we clean the house at the end of each stay, please leave the house reasonably clean and tidy. If the managers find that the house has not been left reasonably clean and tidy, we will have to charge you for any extra cleaning time.
DAMAGE
You will be responsible for all breakages and damage that may occur during your stay, although minor glass breakages etc we are not worried about. Please let the managers know about any breakage or damage to the property or contents as soon as possible.
HOUSE RULES
There is to be no smoking inside or pets on the property unless an alternative arrangement is made with us. Please do not have excessively loud music or parties as we have close neighbours that we do not wish to disturb (just common courtesy).
COMPLAINTS
If there is any problem please do not hesitate to contact the Managers who will work to resolve any problems that they can. Otherwise any other problems will be dealt with by us.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel any booking(s) please be considerate to us and give us as much warning as possible. We will have to charge one nights accommodation if you need to cancel within 24 hours. This will be charged to your credit card. |
